Who we are
This website is operated by NovaFlow. For any questions about your personal data, write to us at the e-mail address below.
What data we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone number (optional), selected topic and your message. We also process technical data needed to protect the form from abuse (IP address, kept only briefly in server memory for rate limiting).
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who can see it
Your message is delivered to NovaFlow by e-mail through an e-mail delivery service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to handle it and any cooperation that follows from it, and then delete it.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not use analytics tools. If you choose a language with the ET/EN switch, that choice is stored in one functional cookie (nf_lang) for one year, so the site opens in your language next time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
